Snow Sakura sequel, hows it go?

I've found a snow sakura squeal, however its all in Japanese, and i cant seem to find a free download of it. It is "沙紀のらぶらぶはねむーん" or i believe... "Saki's love love honeymoon". What i must know is how it ends, could someone find a free download link, or tell me how the story ends?
