What is the name of this manga?

That manga is probably Houkago, Sensei to Koi ni Ochiru by Aikawa Saki. It's hard to tell though, since that mangaka has a lot of similar looking characters... Boku Kara Kimi ni Kienai also has some characters that look like that.
