How often do you have to workout to... ?

I'm wondering how often do you have to workout to maintain a fit tone and tight body... I'm a 24 year old woman.. I eat very well 5 days a week lots of protein intake, veggies,fruits, grains, etc. I workout everyday 5 days a week for at least 30 mins (but the 30 mins is an intense circuit training like tae bo or the jillian micheals 30 day shred).. On my hr-hr and 1/2 workout days I do about 2 miles on the tredmill or spinning.. The the rest circuit/strength training.. Yoga twice a week on top of that.. But....... the thing is I sort of splurge on the weekends (I don't workout usually) I do a lot of walking though since i'm at the beach...I started this entire routine about 2 weeks ago... Will this be enough to get a super tone beach body? Or is the splurging on the weekends and not working out bad?? I usually splurge bc I eat out( I am a vegetarian though so i'm not eating burgers but I'll have grilled cheeses or pizza..martinis..saki..etc. I don't drink beer only hard alcohol mixed drinks (diet coke and vodka) and will have some drinks w/ my boyfriend... Need some advice please. I want to be super tone for the summer!!
