What kind of make up should I wear for my strange eyes?

Ever tried a white shadow? Line the top line with a white or silver eyeliner (I usually line the lashline with a black, too.) and put on a sparkly white shadow. It'll draw attention to your eyes without focusing on the color. BTW, I think it looks kinda cool.
