I think the stress and the routine has gotten you under an emormous strain. Obviously where your living now is damaging you, so I suggest you try to find a way out of there ASAP. Maybe you feel completely dettached from your current surroundings and that is why your envisioning things that aren't there and feeling numb to your surroundings. I'm not a doctor but this is just from my perspective. Hope everything turns out well for you though.
