Where can I go to saki bomb or get a scorpion bowl in Philadelphia?

I want to celebrate my one year anniversary tonight with my boyfriend and we've always talked about going saki bombing or getting a scorpion bowl (or both!) and I was just wondering if anyone knew any places to go. Price isn't an issue I just don't want to go somewhere where we will be stared at for being tipsy or kinda loud or anything. Any suggestions would be appreciated :)
