Japanese beverages.....?

i am having a Japanese themed party and I'm wondering what drink to serve for kids and adults. some of them aren't fans of green tea. Also some appetizers... the other dishes are yakitori and fried shrimp with rice balls and meatballs and maybe omelet rolls. plus cucumber salad and possible kushi-dango. i heard of saki... maybe ill have some for adults. i want some drinks with a little fizz.
