Do my kids have to be Japanese to have Japanese names?

I'm not pregnant or anything or even old enough to have kids, but if by any chance i do not meet and fall in love with a sexy Japanese man (which is my fantasy), can i still name my kids Saki Kyoko and Akira Sasuke?
